Design Fees

Custom residential and commercial design, our fees are a mixture of hourly and fixed sum for the fees.  We offer a one-hour consultation, preferably in person on the job site, or via zoom to discuss your project ideas. Contact our team to set up this appointment.

"Re draw" residential services our fees range from $1.25 to $2.00 / sf depending on the size and complexity of the home, plus any applicable customization or design time that may be required, which is then billed at our hourly rate.  Contact our team for a  comprehensive collection of our re-sale plans.

"Re sale" residential services, our fees are $.50/sf plus any applicable customization or design time that may be required, which is then billed at our hourly rate.  Contact our team for a  comprehensive collection of our re-sale plans.

We accept money order or certified check and cash.  We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Pay Pal with a small processing fee.  We also accept most popular electronic payment apps like Cash App and Zelle.
